Okay, shall update since ONS's been asking me to do so!

Anyway, I've been going out for these few days so much so that I can barely remember what's happening as the days go by. Oh I do remember one thing.

Pretty pretty polaroids in Africa!

Must go back one day. Anyway. Stuff have been happening lately. Pleasant and not-so pleasant ones but I shan't elaborate because I can't really be bothered to.

I think I've been bad mooding these few days so thanks to everyone who tolerated me. D;

Yup and I've had countless inner bitchzxxzxzxzxzxzxz sessions throughout this past week.

Been surppressing all the rants that's been raging in my head for quite a long time now.

The same thing keeps irritating me over and over again.

And you know what. Maybe I should just type it out in black and white here.

So what if I'm open about whether or not I agree to pre-marital sex or maybe just sex in general. It does not mean that I'm a slut and I'm willing to I don't know, fuck some random guy on the street. I mean I'm pretty sure most people are pretty NC17 themselves at my age, so why pick on me? Is it because I'm willing to spout some dirty joke sometimes at the expense of myself? I have my limits too and I don't think it's very often that I hit it. So shut up about the fucking annoying sexual innuendos and whatever shit because I've had enough of laughing it off like it's some really funny joke. It also does not mean that whatever I own or whatever I think equates to something dirty. I have my own set of moral values ( not as fucking dirty as you think ) and you have yours. Respect mine and I'll respect yours.

Another year has come and gone. This year has been a real roller coaster ride with laughter, tears and many other emotions in between. Sec 4 has been a really stressful year, in a way. Who would have thought that mid years, prelims and finally the big Os will pass by in such a blur. Of course who can forget Cloupe? Study sessions, shopping trips, stress relief at sentosa, karaoke sessions, guitarheroes/rockband at Cel's house and much much more. ( Not to forget the I'm Gifted program ). This year wouldn't have been fun without you guys :D. Hahahaha thanks for putting up with my weird nonsense and incessant whinings! Special thanks to ONS ( WX ), UHB ( Sophie ) and XL for making the holidays more interesting! ( and Celine for her house + gossip sessions! ).

Anyway, this year has been a blast overall, best of luck to everyone next year!

Korea was the bombz. Loved it, will go back again if I have the chance to.

Took about 200+ peektures but I forgot to bring the USB cord for my camera so unfortunately, I can't upload any till I get back to singapore D:

11th Dec

Went to the airport at about like 10.30PM. Took a midnight flight to Korea, got there at about 5.30am Korean time. Nothing much to do on the plane D: Relieved my inner child by engaging in some colouring :D

12th Dec

Got on the bus after much shovelling from alot of kiasu hongkeeees. It was freezing cold outside. Like about -3 degrees or so.

It's not like the bus will leave you behind or something. Met the tourguides, Arthur and Glen. Arthur's hair is O.O It's super gelled up. Talked talk and more talk. Fell asleep listening to them. Woke up when they got to the casino. Wanted to secretly enter but I didn't have a ticket D: So I was stuck outside with the little kids in the playstation room D:

Glen's half korean-half hongkeee so he did most of the talking on the bus. Really interesting stuff he talked about. Hmmm yeah stayed in some hotel in the shape of a ship that night. Discovered WARM FLOORS :D There's this giant pair of hands right outside the hotel and if you stand in the middle, you can watch the sun rise and it'll seem like the hands were cupping the sun.

13th Dec

Wanted to go to the giant pair of hands but the morning was really cloudy so by the time the sky cleared the sun was already up D:

Packed up, rushed rushed and breakfast whatever and then we're off again. Went to visit the world's largest hourglass. Peektures then went to see this old american warship. It was really tiny. Then saw this really small north korean submarine next to the ship. Apparently it got washed out onto the beach and when the south korean army came to investigate, they heard 24 gunshots. Which meant that 24 north koreans died. So supposedly the north korean govt said that there were actually 25 people on the ship. What happened to the missing north korean dude/dudette :o?

Went inside the submarine to explore. It was kind of creepy considering 24 people died in there. Everything was all cramped up. Wonder how they slept and all. Everything was rusting and just really old. Took a railway trip down to this tiny tiny korean village (?) before getting on the bus again. This time bused all the way down to the ski resort ( The Hotel Phoenix Park )

14th Dec

SNOWBOARDING! Hahaha it was really fun. I couldn't really balance at first so I was grabbing desperately at Glen. Then after that I tried to move by myself and I moved sideways for some reason o.o So this Korean guy grabbed my hood and just kept me there. I had no idea why he suddenly let go of me but I slid all the way down and hit another Korean guy's butt. Major Oops. Yup anyway tried snowboarding down this really trainee hill for about 2 hours or so before heading up to the beginner's hill. I have no idea why I keep moving sideways. I think the right side of my body is heavier or something. Sigh. So I had to keep purposely falling so that I wouldn't fall off the hill. Very tiring work but made it down in the end. Cleaned up after that and then bused off to Seoul. Reached seoul, went to Dongdaemun for some light shopping. Reached Hotel Riviera after that.

15th Dec

Went to visit this president's place thing. I've no idea what's it called. Cool fountain. Couldn't stand the cold so went to the souvenir shop to bask in the warmth. Apparently the souvenir shop used to be a restaurant where a former president used to go to. He got assasinated there by his bodyguards. Quite scary because some people actually predicted that he was going to die after 15 years of presidency and whazzits based on his name alone. Went to make Kimchi at this heritage place after that. Tried on the Hanbok. Camwhored like duh. Ginseng shopping. LOTTEWORLD AFTER THAT :D Played alot: this 20+ storey high ride where they bring you up then drop you all the way down. SUPER FUN. The Viking Ship, heart attacking. The French Revolution- a 360 loop ride, veryvery fun, I laughed throughout the ride. The rest were.. weird. Yup, watched some laser show at 9.30. Walked past some people filming a Korean drama I think. Anyway, went back to the hotel.

16th Dec

Went for breakfast etcetc. ( I'm really too lazy to elaborate ) Went to shop for er some grass thing which is good for your liver. Amethyst shopping. I don't get what's with people and big gems. They're fugly. Namdaemun and Myungdong after that! SHOPPING GALORE~

Hahahaha walked and walked and walked and walked. Super fun. Hm. Bought alot of stuff.

Went to some provision shop after that then airport. Said bye to Glen and the photographer. Yup end.

CONCLUSION:

Did I mention that the tour photographer is super hot! :D He had double eyelid surgery before though. Not that I mind :D Glen's the gayest guy I know o.o But he's not, I think. He said he has a girlfriend. Hm. I think the tour people think me and my sister are weird. We keep talking in english/chinese. Met alot of Singaporean tourgroups on the way. I seem to only see singaporeans and hongkong tourists in Korea. I think my cantonese actually improved cos I had to talk to people in cantonese. Hongkong people's english is actually quite good ( with the exception of some people ) Korean people surprisingly know how to speak ALOT of languages. Like cantonese and chinese. Oh well. Am really satisfied and happy with this trip overall :D

Ate macs, cut the cake!

Then went out to watch hana yori dango: final!

Went to JE to study for awhile and then went home to change before going out for dinner with the family.

Okay, I'm here to clear the dust off my blog.
I seem to be blogging once a month or something, lol. English oral was screwed up shit.
First thing I said when I got out of the hall : Shit, I'm dead.
Which idiot will talk about petty stuff for conversation?!
And the examiner asked me alot of questions. And all the nice phrases I memorised just got thrown out of the window when I got nervous.
Yay, byebye to scoring well for oral.
Prelims are coming and I'm still not sufficiently prepared enough.
I think I'm getting too complacent just because I scored unexpectedly well for Chinese.
I can't seem to find the energy to open a book and actually read it.
And when I do, I'll find myself wandering off to the kitchen to find something to eat :\
Okay, Prelims are fattening.
I'm practically eating a bowl of instant noodles or campbell's everyday.
I really need to do well for prelims, Trinity College and all.

Okay, on to happyhappyhappy stuff.
Sushi with Mavis, Cel , Cas and Michelle today at The Cathay! ( Yes I do know prelims are next week )
We had some sushi buffet thing and we ordered food like crazy.
So in the end we ordered about 43 plates of stuff ( about 3/4 of them are non-sushi )

Went out on saturday for partial cloup outing!/grace's farewell D:

CNY celebrations was the bombz!
i love 4s1 to bits and pieces
have never felt so bonded with any class before!

haha after staying back for like two afternoons to do them
went out with some people ( lazy to type names ) to bugis after that
time crisis-ed AGAIN with POOOOO

ok then rushed home to pack my stuff to go malaysia
hahaha omg we stayed at this rundown chalet thingy at a FISHING VILLAGE.
at first i thought chalet like those pasir ris kind.
then i saw it and was like wth. am i supposed to survive in that?!
cos the entire village was built on concrete pillars over the sea.
and the pathways were all made of like splintered wood.
you look through can see the water :\
haha settled down and then waited for the tide to come in!
haha and when we first when inside the chalet we saw the toilet
then my cousin was like ' the toilet's glowing!'
then we were like huh serious, then we looked inside.
and the toilet was glowing because it's a freaking hole leading down to the sea -.-
how disgusting can that be
hahaah stayed up really late!
up till about one
late night fishing
the net thing was very fun to operate
non-stop fireworks from 12 to 1am
rich people setting them off like 5 houses away or something.

went to sophie's house on thurs for sleepover!
hahahaaha went out with matthew before that to time crisis at the arcade ;D
lost horribly, won't elaborate on that.
anw met sophie celine xl cynthia grace at orchard mrt
then went to taka to do shopping for the christmas exchange at sophie's house ;D
then after that met up with annabel and toonie and they all made me change into sophie's lime- green skinnies ):
my jacket was green ok! ):
yeah then went to swensens for dinner
there was like this loooong queue outside la.
then while waiting livvi came!
so we went in blah blah blah then ordered food
and i ordered this caesar salad with grilled chicken. damn nice.
and it came with a gigantic fork and spoon
lols did random stuff, went to sophie's house via this 'forest' as told by sophie
that entire place was totally dark seeing as we were walking there at around 9 plus
scaary shit.
yeah went to her house then went in like omg la her house is chao big
ate log cake from bakerzin!, found cynthia holed up in her room having a heroes marathon and then did the christmas exchange!
i got cynthia's present ( thanks cynthia! ) and i gave mine to sophie ;D
yeah then grace annabel and toonie left to go home ):
and then we all stoned till about 11 plus then we went for our midnight movie!

finished the movie at about 2am in the morning

there was this entire crowd of smokers outside la. scaryscary
then since the christmas lights were still on around orchard we decided to walk down orchard in search of a macs ;D
orchard at 2am is like whooooaa cool.
it was like totally empty with the exception of 2-3 groups of people sitting around and smoking together
ahahah those people are scary
the light are pretty!
walked till lido the macs there then bought fries and walked back to sophie's house via the long way
then i told xl and livvi the pink gorilla joke

yes anyway made it back to sophie's house after ten minutes
then on the way we saw all these cisco people
then sophie said like VERY loudly EH POLICE.

yeah then went back to see cynthia still glued onto her heroes
she's like freaking fast.
everyone decided not to bathe
so we went to sophie's grandma's room to sleep ;D

end up we took the box out but we didn't play
talked, talked , talked then i fell asleep first ):
but yeah they all slept like 5-10 minutes after me or so i heard at 5.30 am
then i kena woken up by livvi who sat up and asked me : sophie gone yet

then boom fell back to sleep
ahahahah that was at i dont' know what time
then we all woke up at 11 am. i still thought it was like 8-9 pls.
then everyone bathed, breakfast-ed, waited for sophie to come home from guides ( we're nice people )
sophie came back, mahjonged, pirates of the caribbean 3 for 30 minutes
found out the celine left bobby at sophie's house

played what hangman and some funny football game
then play play play until chesterina finally came with her cards ;D
so we started playing taiti and the name game lol
sophie is scary
and celine suddenly had the urge to put make up on everyone she sees -.-

then blah blah blah and we got scolded by the manager for playing cards there
lols so we ended up playing under our chem books
oh and i found out that they like to play risk too!
so we're going over celine's house on thurs to play ;DD
then yt called and told me that i earned about 100 bucks just for working two days ;D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARLENE :D
musical evening was great ;D
considering that it's my last concert and all
wasn't as nervous as i'd expected!
had section breakfast in the morning!
finalia had a fly stuck in her hotcakes and celine wanted to exchange it for a hashbrown -.-
cos she wanted to eat it ;\
tried tying french braids there but ended up with only half of my head done
and people said i was balding cos my fringe wasn't enough to cover one side of my face ):
anw reached school at about 9.20 and it was like raining damn heavily
one of my arms were like wet cos me and celine shared an umbrella, lol
anw got to school and stoned for awhile, tied my hair and all
30 minutes after tying my hair, the right part of it started falling apart
which was totally screwed but i couldn't retie it cos everyone was busy moving the percussion and their instruments to the truck
anw got to vch and had to carry all the stuff up all those stairs -.-
veryveryvery heavy >\
had rehersals and then had to play with the alumni while the main band went to change and eat
then went to change while they were playing stand by me cos i don't know when i'm going to be able to change after that
then had a 5 minutes dinner and rushed back in time for the fun shot
missed out the formal phototaking
anw fast forward to just before the concert!
met sophie and annabel outside the concert hall!
and annabel told me to kiss the sunflower she and sophie bought me ;D
then walked around meeting people
went back in when the first bell rang
percussion ensemble first!
hugged alot of people on the way in, wished everyone good luck ;D
took pictures with my alumni, i think they're very friendly ;DD
concert started!
everything passed by very fast
played wind&tree, pecos pueblo, danse diabolique and mancini!
then the sec3s have to go dance -.-
SO EMBARRASSING!
i was like 4 rows away from my family -.-
then intermission!
went to talk to sophie annabel charlene and cynthia

then had alumni and i had to play with them!

i love these two pieces
then had combined, Noah's Ark and Stand by Me
someone kept squeaking throughout though
concert ended and we had two encore pieces, big fun and instant concert
the sec ones danced during big fun!
then yeah, we packed up and left and went back to school

anw played audi for awhile before going out to meet charlene at buena vista mrt
we bought ms goh a humongous lollipop as farewell present
arrived second at the mrt station ;D
both me and charlene there only.
then both of us wear class tee and fbts like very ah beng o-o
then celine and sophie came like each carrying 50 dollars worth of shopping
anw more people came later and xl and cas came to fetch us to ntu alumni don't know what.
me and charlene emo-ed at one corner writing farewell letters to ms goh ;D
omg the amount of bbq-ed food there is like overflowing
i ate like 1/1000 of the bbq-ed food
and the goreng pisang was like heavenly.
anw talked and ate and talked and ate and scared charlene with ghost stories!
then played games after that.
some funny charades thingy and blow wind blow
omg blow wind blow was hilarious.
celine sophie and annabel had to do like forfeit.
celine had to sing like 'gotta go my own way' opera style;
sophie had to pretend a chair is her boyfriend and talk to it for one min;
and annabel had to kiss ms goh's hand and look at her with puppydog eyes.
freaking funny.
then after that alot of people started to leave.
so we moved in to play pool ;D
hahahah we took like one hour to finish one game.
and then celine made me crawl under the pool table to grab xl's leg.
went to the dance floor to dance after that
celine and i went crazy
we were like the only two lunatics dancing
after that we like, got bored so we went to the member's pool!
omg that place is so freaking cool.
there was like an entire playground in the swimming pool for kids.
camwhored and did a whole lot of stuff
we played/tried to play truth or dare.
then halfway they shut the lights on us.
everyone freaked out la -.-
cos it was like 10 plus alrdy.
then cas came and told us that the door we came from didn't have a handle outside -.-
so we had to walk the long way back out
but it was fuuuuuun
ended up reaching home at about 11.40 like that.
then still have to wake up for band at 6.

My birthday was greeaaaaat (:
section came over today to 'study'
hahaha we only managed to study from like 11-2
then we got bored and wanted to watch a movie
so celine, chugga, pervy and beehoon went up t my house to find some dvds to watch
and they picked dark water
ok that movie has got to be the least scariest i watched
only i'm now scared of the toilet ):
haha around 3 we went to play celine's favourite game:freeze and melt -.-
and germaine happily pushed me into the pool
ok and then after that we went to the playground to play dog&bone and some funny game
and then after that they cut the cake sang me a reaally loud birthday song ;D
oh and celine cut the cake and chugga happily smashed the cake into my face
but i got revenge and smashed cake back into her face ;DDDDDDDDDD

ok i'm finally back from obs ;D
i'm really missing it shitloads now ):
ok let me recount ;

Day 1
reached school at like 6.45 in the morning
was comparing backpacks with everyone
mine is like superduper huge please
was the last class to get on the bus to punggol jetty
i think everyone was tired on the bus :\
alot of people were like sleeping
anyway, was the last class again ( surprise , surprise ) to get on the ferry to obs camp2
anyway everyone gathered at the mph when we got there and i was put in Columbus (:
played a few trust games like trust fall etcetc and got to know our instructor , zippy , better .
learnt how to belay and all after that
pitched our tents in the middle of a forest and the entire night was a stuffy affair ):
could only sleep like 2 hours max in the bloody stuff tent
shared a tent with ainslee , celine , joey and sweechen

Day 2
unpitched our tents at 5.00 in the morning cos is started drizzling
and since no body could sleep anyway we decided to just go
learnt how to kayak and we were ready to set off for camp1 when it started raining real heavily
set off a lot of later than the originally planned time
kayaking was fun ;D
but really tiring
me and xingjuan paddled and paddled for like 30mins
then we turned around
and guess what we saw ?
camp2 !
anyway, we managed to get to camp1 and we did rockclimbing after that
pitched our tents at a much better place despite the fact that it was still the middle of a forest
managed to sleep like a pig that night ;D

ok i wna go sleep again

caught 2oo pound beauty with ros last ____ .
i forgot which day .
but the movie was freaking nice .
met alot of crescentians inside the theatre
there was like one whole row of them diagonally behind me
the movie's really touching
like during all the sad parts you could actually hear people blowing their noses
ok so i teared but it wasn't so bad eh .
and me and ros smuggled sushis from taka inside :DD
and i spilt soya sauce all over myself ):
but everyone should watch 200 pound beauty !

WE DID IT !
we got our GOLD
our many months of effort didn't go to waste after all (:
quote/unquote mrs lee : do your best and the results will take care of itself
i guess it's true after all ;
we went on stage , we did our best .
all the sections did great and i have no regrets
it's so weird to be on stage and to look at the seven judges and think :
hey, these people are just another part of the audience . There's nothing to be afraid of .
and so ten minutes went past just like that and we got down from the stage .

5.30 , we all went back to get our results
it was really really tense and you could like see everyone grabbing each others' hands tightly.
the results got announced , we heard the word , gold, and the world went crazy .
everyone was jumping up and down like mad and we were all hugging and tearing and just being really happy .

went for band dinner after that ; )
